What did you do before joining GPSS?
I worked at a Japanese branch of an American financial institution. For the past 17 years, I was in charge of compliance, building compliance systems for the entire organization and responding to internal whistleblower disclosures.

Please tell us the reason why you decided to join GPSS.
GPSS was a new industry for me, but I wanted to get involved in D&I. Therefore, when I found out that GPSS values its employees and focuses on Diversity & Inclusion, I decided to join the company.

What is your role at GPSS?
Currently, I work as part of the HR Resources and General Affairs Group, supporting the company's infrastructure. In addition, through D&I activities, we work every day to establish psychological safety in the workplace and create a workplace atmosphere that makes it easier for everyone to demonstrate their abilities

We have a variety of employees from various industries, regardless of age, and it's fun to work together.
