What did you do before joining GPSS?
I worked in production management at a coffee company. In fact, I also have coffee-related qualifications. Cool, right?

Please tell us the reason why you decided to join GPSS.
I decided to join the company because I was attracted to the company's atmosphere, corporate philosophy, and work content. The interview was not a formal one, and the employee who was in charge spoke to me in a straightforward way. It was great that I was able to have an honest discussion without embellishing myself.

What is your role at GPSS?
I am in charge of development work for the biogas business. The sources of biogas are things generated from life, such as livestock manure and food waste. In short, creating a biogas joint venture means changing the lives of the joint venturers. It's a job that has a lot of responsibility, but it also gives me a great sense of accomplishment and joy.

I think GPSS is a company where you can try out various things even if you have no experience, and you can work while finding meaning in your work. Let's burn our souls together!
