What did you do before joining GPSS?
I was involved in the structural design of buildings at a general contractor. I learned about buildings such as commercial facilities where people can enter because strict safety standards are stipulated by law.

Please tell us the reason why you decided to join GPSS.
Because I value diversity. GPSS values the strengths of each person, and I think that this allows the company to display strong team power and team chemistry.

What is your role at GPSS?
I am in charge of planning of PV panels, and structural engineering of foundation of machines.

Please tell us "the moment when your soul ignited" after joining GPSS.
It was when the blueprints for a powerplant that I helped design was completed and the plant was built.

Please share a piece of advice to future GPSS members!
I think that a team of people who have different strengths is stronger than a team of people who are very similar; GPSS has the former.
