What did you do before joining GPSS?
At a production company in the performing arts business, I was in charge of inviting performers and theater companies from around the world, and was also a project coordinator.

Please tell us the reason why you decided to join GPSS.
This is because GPSS wants to continue to be an organization that constantly reforms while accepting diversity, and wants employees who desire to collaborate with individuals and managers who accept the difficulties and still try to embody their ideals.
I felt that diversity is sustainable and that GPSS will play a role model for a multicultural community.

What is your role at GPSS?
I am in charge of project management for the onshore and offshore wind power business.

Please tell us "the moment when your soul ignited" after joining GPSS.
I have a feeling that I can relate to projects and society with the present, here, and future as my "self", and I think that I am burning my soul every day in the days when I can take on challenges freely.
I'm moving! I want to steer my life by myself with the consciousness of "ownership".
