What did you do before joining GPSS?
I was a construction site director at a general contractor.

Why did you decide to join GPSS?
I wanted to work autonomously and although I enjoyed my previous job, everything was a kind of expectable. I appreciate the uncertainty and I felt more possibility in everything here at GPSS.
Since the number of employees here at GPSS is smaller than at my previous job, so I felt that the distance between management and employees is close and the opinions are respected.
I was also fascinated by the fact that people from various backgrounds are playing active roles.

What is your role at GPSS?
I Manage the EPC (engineering, procurement, construction) process and cost of all projects, where we collect information from each specialized department and summarize the judgment materials for building a more efficient power plant.

Please tell us "the moment when your soul “ignited" after joining GPSS.
When my colleagues, right from the beginning, showed their confidence and trust in me and my contribution.
