The GPSS Group has, until now, operated through separate specialized subsidiaries for each energy source type. We have decided to consolidate these into a single development company, GPSS Project Development Inc.

This consolidation aims to more effectively address the diverse needs of local communities offering multiple energy solutions, while enabling the group to apply its accumulated knowledge and expertise in a unified manner, building a more robust operational structure capable of advancing projects with greater certainty.

We hereby notify you of the planned company name change and consolidation as outlined below.

New company name: GPSS Project Development Inc.
New address: 6th Floor, Shibakoen ND Building, 2-5-10 Shiba, Minato-ku, Tokyo 105-0014

Scheduled date: Early August 2026 (planned)
Details: The following six companies will be consolidated under GPSS Project Development Inc.

・Japan Wind Power Service Inc.
・Geothermal Development & Investment Inc.
