Corporate Ethics Code

We have a Corporate Ethics Code in place at GPSS. The Code provides guidance on how we conduct business within our company, and it governs how each brand, companies and employees engage with local governments and authorities, colleagues, suppliers, the community and other stakeholders.

1. Communities

We strive to bring together landowners, local government and community groups who form the backbone of the local areas to ultimately build partnerships and respond to the needs of communities.

2. Partnership

We establish fair and transparent relationships with everyone we work with to ensure mutual trust and prosperity.

3. Responsible Infrastructure Operator

We will strive to provide stable electric power, evaluate and manage risk comprehensively for continuous operation and enhance the resilience of the organization (included in the sustainability policy).

4. Whistleblower Protection

We prohibit retaliation against any employee who reports or participates in an investigation of a possible violation of our code, policies, or the law.

5. Environmental Preservation

We strictly follow environmental laws and regulations and use resources responsibly to reduce any negative impact to the environment. In addition, we engage in several sustainability, recycling, and replenishment efforts to minimize waste generation. We consciously mitigate greenhouse gas emissions with the energy we produce.

6. Respect for Human Rights

We endorse the United Nations Universal Declaration of Human Rights, and respect each individual, and promote diversity in the organization. We cultivate good-faith corporate culture by prohibiting discrimination, harassment, and bullying in any form — verbal, physical, or visual.

7. Fair and Transparent Transactions

We promote fairness and transparency in all our business transactions and operations by regularly disclosing our sustainability results, and taking the appropriate measures to prevent inappropriate activities, such as, bribery, corruption, fraud, lobbying, political contributions, and money laundering. Furthermore, we value integrity and conflicts of interest or acts of biased nature will not be tolerated.

8. Exclusion of Antisocial Forces

We firmly refuse any relations with organizations that have connections with terrorism and antisocial forces that threaten the order and safety of society.

9. Protection and Management of Information

We are committed to respect and protect the privacy and security of our stakeholders. Our strict security measures ensure the proper management of information, non-disclosure of confidential data, and prevent unauthorized access to data.

10. Delegation of Authority

We are committed to sound governance by clarifying the accountability structure of the organization and delegate authority according to our organization chart.
