What did you do before joining GPSS?
I have worked as process, process control and process simulation engineer in Oil and Gas industries in mainly in LNG plant development for more than 10 years.

Please tell us the reason why you decided to join GPSS.
The main reason is that my engineering and leadership experience can be further developed while working flexibly. Moreover, GPSS's open-minded culture is one of the reason I have joined the company.

What is your role at GPSS?
I am in charge of process design for geothermal power plants and other renewable energy plants. While the projects are being developed, I get involved in other responsibilities, such as piping, equipment, instrumentation, process control as well as site surveying.
One of my other areas of responsibility is acting as the team leader that engages in team management, improvement of work efficiency, and recruitment interviews.

Please tell us "the moment when your soul ignited" after joining GPSS.
When I realized that there are many areas for improvement in our business planning, design, and operation and maintenance for geothermal power plant projects.
I will do my best for the development of a real sustainable power plant where renewable energy is used efficiently with the most minimal impact on the environment on a long-term basis.
