I worked as a commercial representative at the Embassy of Iceland in Japan, but took a leave of absence and earned my MBA from Hult International Business School at the London Campus. After resigning from the IEmbassy of Iceland, I was involved in launching a new business for an overseas cosmetics brand.
I wanted to be involved in projects at a renewable energy company.
I work on business development and expansion in Japan as well in partnership with overseas companies who possess technologies which are globally at the forefront of their field.
I have also been working on developing a wind project in cooperation with the local government in the wind power sector that makes the most of local resources.
It was when we were able to conclude agency contracts with European companies which are at the forefront of wind measurement and geo-scientific research.
There is always the possibility that people with various backgrounds can play an active role while making the most of their strengths.
